Fantastic Food Experiences

During my stay, I was thrilled by the very nice dining options available. We had a particularly nice experience at the Bam-Boo restaurant, where the food felt fresh, well-prepared, and far less salty than other places we tried. We ended up dining there twice! The variety was impressive as well, with options ranging from Italian to Asian cuisines. The breakfast buffet also had fresh juices daily, and the selection of food was quite diverse.

Relaxing Spa Retreat

I had a wonderful experience at the Zentropia spa, which was one of the most comprehensive I've visited! The selection of treatments was really good, and I found it to be a perfect way to unwind after a day in the sun. The ambiance of the spa added to the overall relaxing atmosphere, and I can't recommend it enough for anyone looking to indulge during their stay.

Spacious and Comfortable Rooms

I was pleasantly surprised by the size and cleanliness of my room. We stayed in a duplex apartment that offered a jacuzzi bath and spacious living areas, which made our vacation all the more enjoyable. The comfortable beds ensured we had great sleep every night, and the housekeeping staff kept everything spotless. Not to mention, having a stocked mini bar was an added bonus!

Fun and Engaging Activities

My recent stay was a mixed experience. The resort is huge and offers fantastic amenities, especially at the pool bar where the staff are truly amazing, particularly William and Clara. However, I encountered issues with customer service that really dampened my overall enjoyment, such as miscommunication regarding my credits and difficulties in getting assistance at the concierge. The beach vendors were also quite aggressive.
